iPhoto help

The items in my trash can of iPhoto library (1). I want to make a brand new library (2) using these items. Is there anyway I create a new library?

Hi,

- in the trash can, select all the items (Cmd + a)

- drag them to the bottom of the side bar of iPhoto : this will create a new album

- from there, select all (or what you want), File / Export (choose the quality/size, or "original"), choose the destination (for example Desktop/new folder).

- check all worked well (open the new folder)

- if ok : quit iPhoto, then relaunch iPhoto while holding down the Option key

- select "new library"

- drag the "new folder" from the desktop to iPhoto window

Done.
