Cannot burn a DVD of completed slideshow w/music, and Ken Burns effects in IPhoto, with my new MacBook Pro laptop. I'm able to burn a dvd of pictures in library, but not a slideshow. This is really driving me up the wall..DVD-R
is what is suggested, and that's what I'm using.

Which version of iPhoto are you using? I thought you had to use "Share -> iDVD" while in slideshow mode in iPhoto '06 and burn your "slideshow with music" via iDVD. That's how I do it and I am not aware of any other way iPhoto can handle it.
