iPhoto help

How do I access photo's or videos from iPhoto when i need to load a pic or vid by using the "browse" feature? I can't get pass the "iPhoto" icon.

Right click on the iPhoto icon in the Finder and select Show Package Contents.

Looks like this. Originals has copies too.

next question...

i setup my iphoto to use an existing photo directory for iPhoto by going to preference->advance-> and unclicking "copy items to iPhoto".

My question is, if i import some folders, how do i make iPhoto automatically sync new pics that i put into the folder it is already sync'ed to... hope this makes since of what im trying to say.
