iPhoto - how to backup

Other than TimeMachine or another copy of the iPhoto database via Finder what do you recommend?

I would like to make some sort of a copy on a weekly basis to an external local USB drive.

I am thinking of setting up crashplan (free) and copy the data to another host.

What do you use?

I use just about all the items you mentioned. Time Machine is my primary backup, backing up to two different devices continually. I also make periodic bootable clones. I just started using CrashPlan as I needed a new off site strategy. I also export all my images to a folder on NAS about once a year so I have an extra copy of all the images.

I take the philosophy that you can't have too many backups.

If you have an iPod Classic, or fancy getting one, you can store full resolution copies of all your photos on it.
