I'm probably being thick but there are a few things making me scratch my head now that I've moved all my files from the PC's to Macs. Like my photos. I've imported all my images by dragging the PC images folder on top of iPhoto. Now if I'm dragging the slider and scrolling through the thumbnail lists, the subfolder names that were used in the PC still show up. But I have no idea how to get iPhoto to show these folders. Does anyone know?

I also publish a lot of images to the web and I'd like there to be absolutely no EXIF information (in fact, nothing apart from the image itself) in the JPEG file. Is there a way to do this in iPhoto or via a convenient third-party app?
