I have a friend who wants to send images exported from iPhoto to a relative who is not on a Mac, and wants to pass as much of the information she has hand-entered into iPhoto (description, keywords, title) along with the exported images. I know this information is written out to the EXIF section of the image if you select the options to include Title and Keywords, but does anyone know of Windows-side image apps that will extract this information from the locations where they are stored in the EXIF labyrinth?

I think she'd also be interested in a Mac-side app that can add the Faces names from the iPhoto database to the images. I've built command-line tools that can do this, but she's not a command-line kinda person and I'm not up to making a user-friendly app out of my Linux-like python scripts. Anyone know of an app that can do this?

Thanks.
