It appears that, at some point, iPhoto failed to install properly on my MBA - probably interrupted during installation. Obviously, now the program has been removed from App Store, the machine can't find the installation files so will presumably remain stuck. Is there any easy way of removing the partial installation?
The machine is a Late 2010 MBA and getting quite slow, so I am considering a full re-installation anyway as it has now had 4 operating systems installed on it (upgrades rather than fresh installs) and could probably benefit from a clear-out as it is no longer my primary machine. Battery also seems to drain quite quickly when not in use these days, so maybe its best to accept its increasing age.
Any advice on the best option? I'm not in the market for a new machine.
