iPhoto iOS not showing all photo streams.

Hello.

On my iPhone, iOS7, iPhoto shows all the photos in all my photo streams. On the iPad Mini, it only shows two of my shared photo streams, and only 4 pictures in each.

Any thoughts or ideas?
