iPhoto tells me I have 2925 photos.

my ipod touch and itunes tells me I have 2845.

I'm pretty sure I don't have 80 photos hidden. The photos are in 80 events which I find to be an interesting number in the circumstances. Any idea what could be going on here ?

That brings me to searching. I know of no way I can search
using iPhoto for hidden photos - is there a way ? (such a way might help me investigate where the missing photos are). Also, I'm finding the iPhoto searching to be a bit limited anyway - would be nice to be able to say "show me all the pics that DONT have keyword X, or show me the pics that have X but not Y. The only facility I can find is to search for the intersections of sets of keywords - a far cry from an sql engine. Anyone know of any software that can use the iPhoto library and do generalised searching or any other way to do this ?

re itunes photo wierdness

I just found a way to find the hidden photos using a smart album - so I found 21 photos - that still leaves 59 photos difference between iPhoto and what iTunes thinks. Whats going on here ?
