iPhoto library icon

My iPhoto Library folder icon is showing blank.
How do I get it back to the usual colorful picture ones?
I did Cmd + Option while launching iPhoto and reset database, that didn't fix the blank icon. The file name and its extension is iPhoto Library.photolibrary
