Hi there. my previous mac was stolen. I did make back-ups with Time machine, but where do I find my iphoto library?

Hi,

by default the iPhoto Library is in the "Pictures" folder.

Path :

Macintosh HD / Users / yourusername / Pictures / iPhoto Library.photolibrary

These are in my iPhoto file
AlbumData2.xml
iPhoto.ipspot
Metadata Backup

None give access to my photos - what do I miss

The iPhoto Library should hold much more folders.

Anyway, if you want to restore your photos, you must restore the whole "iPhoto Library" from Time Machine.

Thats the problem - these are the only files in iphoto Library. How do I avoid this in future (not backing up correctly)
