So, I like to upload pictures in bunches then merge them in to larger events. I back-up my pictures in the cloud, and I noticed an annoying issue if I ever have to restore my pictures.
The pictures are stored in files on my computer with the names of the event that I originally used to upload them.
For example. If I have one big event folder called "My Dog", I am constantly uploading pictures and then merging those pictures into that file. When I am initially uploading some pictures, I might temporarily name the event "1111", then I will merge "1111" into "My Dog". But on my computer, the picture files still have the folder 1111...
Is there a way to get iPhoto to re-do the folders to match up with the events? This would be a huge pain if I ever had to restore all those pictures because I'd have to go through each individual folder and merge the events all over again.
Any advice?
