iPhoto not deleting photos on iPhone after import..

Sometimes iPhoto doesn't delete all of the photos after an import even though I tell it to.

It doesn't happen all of the time, but I wonder if anyone has had the same problem.

still no luck finding out why.

the firmware update didn't seem to make a difference.
