iPhoto Not Opening

for some reason when I click on iphoto all it does is bounce once and then nothing. Doesnt open, doesnt keep bouncing, nothing. I just installed a new hard drive and reinstalled mac os x and then moved everything over from my old internal via firewire. Everything works fine except for iPhoto. Any help?
