I posted this in the iMac forum because i"m getting a 2nd iMac, but realized it should probably be here... sorry. Mods, feel free to delete the iMac thread.
I think I'm missing something obvious, but if I knew that I would not have both machines accessing it at the same time, is there a reason why I couldn't have the iPhoto files (library) on a drive plugged into my AirPort Extreme, and have each Mac's iPhoto client access the library there?
This way, my wife and I could access it from different machines...
I'm thinking changes made to the library by one machine may not show up when the library is opened by the other?
Or should I just keep 2 libraries and use some sync software to keep them synced?
