iPhoto - Only showing 50 photos from photostream

Just setup my new iMac and I'm having a problem with iPhoto. When I launch the app and click on "Photo Stream" on the left sidebar, I see "My Photo Stream" as well as my shared photostreams - but "My Photostream" only loads 50 photos. When I look at that same stream on my iPhone it shows 975 photos. I've tried logging out of iCloud on the iMac, and logging back in, but it didn't help.

Any suggestions how to show my entire stream of photos?
