iPhoto - Photobooks/Calandars, etc...

First of all, I have owned a Mac for ~ 3 years. A G4 iBook, Core Duo iMac, and now a Core 2 Duo SR MBP. And I didnt know you could literly make calandars and photobooks, and order them.!!! This is amazing.

My Question is, how is the quality of these items? Are they worth the $$$
