Can anyone link me to the iPhoto printing prices in the UK as I cant seem to find them anywhere on the UK site.

Thanks

If you open up iPhoto and go to print something and you will get the prices without having to order anything (you need an account though)

thanks, but I dont yet own a mac. I thought maybe the prices will be on the site as they are on the US site.

* Your photos are printed on high-quality Kodak paper, which is a resin-coated, silver-halide color paper optimized for digital printers. A light source inside our digital printers exposes the photographic paper pixel by pixel. This process mimics traditional photography, in which light from the subject exposes photographic film inside of a camera. Apple Photo Services provides archival prints of our digital photos, which should last as long, if not longer, than the prints you would receive from a traditional professional photo-processing laboratory.

Strange, I've just had a conversation at work about the Photo books and UK pricing since the link kept taking him to the US prices.

If you take into account buying a nice album and then forking out for getting the images printed and then sticking them all in, it's actually not all that bad.

It's the postage prices that nark me about it since you pay for premium posting and get anything but.:(

thanks, that has been usefull. The shipping is quite a bit thogh isnt it!

Prints are pretty heavy when theres a lot of them... but then you add on Apples premium too

Yeah but prints come at a flatrate regardless of quantity of £1.99 until you get above 200 or so.

But if you're ordering cards or postcards, you're cheaper to order lots of batches of 9 since the shipping costs leap upwards beyond that out of proportion with the level of discount that you're paying.

And while £5.49 for a relatively heavy book isn't bad, I'd mind it less if I could track it. But they stick it in the normal mail and it can take 10 to 14 days after it's been printed with no word of where it is.

its a shame you cant send the files to a local printers yourself.

not sure though how this would work out price wise.
