I'm using an external HD for my photo storage.
When I imported my photo library into iPhoto, I chose the option to no copy the photos onto the computer's HD.
THe photos were doing fine the other day soon after I imported.
But now I get this message:
"The volume for “IMG_0983.JPG” cannot be found.
Insert the disk or connect to the server volume and wait for it to appear on the desktop, and then try again."

THe "IMG_####.JPG" is referencing it's corresponding photo.

Thumbnails show up fine, but when I double click on a photo, I get that message.

The only things I've done since I imported is synced my iPhone and copied my photo library onto another external HD for backup purposes. I have not moved the files, deleted them or anything.

What do I need to do?
Delete the iPhoto Library and start again?
Delete iPhoto and re-install?

Please help.
Thank you.
