iPhoto Problem

I have removed all my photos from iphotos putting them all on to disc.... after deleting all the pics, i am not able to re install the pics off my discs.... it says the file names are already in the system... they were all deleted!
Any idea how i can upload all my pics i put on to disc?
files were searched via spotlight and no match was found.

Create a new user account. Can you upload them to that account?
