iPhoto problem

I found that my iPhoto library have photos in folders but can't open it in iPhoto. And I have some photos that in preview looks normal but when i open it it shows other photo. Maybe I don't described all and I'll will ask more questions soon.
Help me with this problem, please!

You didn't specify that you wanted to empty trash in iPhoto; you only said you can't clean the trash. It helps if you fully describe your problem.

Where are these folders? Are they within a Finder window, ie your Pictures folder?

If that is so, you should not mess around with these folders. You should manage your pictures from iPhoto. If you want to import pictures into iPhoto, drag them into the main window, or import via a camera, do not try and put them into folders. If you want to delete pictures, delete them using the iPhoto Photos Menu and select Move to Trash.

To empty the iPhoto Trash right(or ctrl) click and choose Empty Trash.

And then my MacBook crashes!

I meant that in iPhoto I see thumbnail and when open this thumbnail it transforms into another photo. What I need to do?

When I'm trying to backup library, it shows that, e.g. Originals, already exists. How do I backup?
