Okay, I'm confused. Please assist me if you can.

Today, I took some photos on my iPhone. I came home and synced my iPhone via iTunes to my MacBook. The photos I took on the iPhone synced over into iPhoto as an event titled February 20, 2010. I have since renamed the event and then hosted them via mobile me by creating a gallery on my mobileme. Awesome.

Okay, Mrs. Eldiablojoe came home today with some photos on her iPhone. She does not sync via my MacBook but rather via her PC. In order to create a new mobileme gallery of her photos, I needed them on my iPhoto.

I had her email the pix from her iPhone to the mail account on my iPhone. I saved each of the images into the camera roll. I went to sync my iPhone via iTunes so I could get Mrs. Eldiablojoe's pictures into iPhoto. I've synced 4 times, I can't get them to show up as a new event in my iPhoto. Is it because I've already done it once today creating an event with today's date?

UPDATE: I've tried again on the following day, so being that the event would have a new date label is not what is causing my difficulty.

My iPhone does NOT show up as a device on the left hand menu when I open iPhoto, fwiw.

I'm confused.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and for any insight or advice you have to offer.
