iPhoto problems!

I have had my C2D 15" MBP for about 5 months. iPhoto has worked great until now. When I try to make a slideshow from an album it will only use one or two photos instead of the whole album. Also alot of my picture will come up as a grey square with an exclamation point it the middle. I dont think I have changed any settings but cannot figure this out. If I make a slideshow in iDVD it works fine, but not in iPhoto.

You might need to rebuild your iPhoto library.

did you figure out how to fix this prob ive the same issue

hi there if you fixed this problem with the exclamation mark for some photos i have the same thing wrong please advise me if you can of a fix

The grey square with the exclamation point generally means that iPhoto can't find the photos. Have you renamed or otherwise altered any of them in the library in finder? Users must stay out of that folder and do anything to/with their photos from the app itself. Rebuilding the library is a good option. Or you may have to export all your photos out of the finder and then re-import them to iPhoto.
