i'm in the process of making a movie in iMovie but after i add a theme element (travel) to my video clip, the audio from the original videoclip is lost. i was adding the "lowest third" element to a video clip but i noticed when i played the clip afterwards there was no audio. if i just add the clip on it's own without any theme elements the audio is maintained...any way to fix this?

also, any way to adjust photo dimensions/sizes for the themes? for example in drop zone insertion points sometimes it's a vertical rectangle in the theme but it crops out important parts of the photo i want to include, any way to resize or adjust how it will appear in the theme?

also...is it best to import all my audio and video clips into iPhoto first BEFORE working with iMovie or should i just drag and drop files as i go along from a finder window on the side? is there any advantage to importing to iPhoto first? when it "imports" it into iPhoto does it duplicate the photos? i don't want to waste hard drive space duplicating the same photos over again as it imports them in; any way to just point to a folder i have the photos in and add it as an album so iPhoto recognizes it?
