iPhoto rebuilds cache on every launch

I recently reinstalled my OS and restored everything from my Time Machine profile. Ever since then, my iPhoto runs through its "Rebuilding Thumbnail Caches" screen every time it launches. It has to do this for 4-5 minutes every time I browse for a photo, or connect my iPhone/iPad/camera.
