iPhoto storage in iCloud - no longer needed?

Hello all,

Just doing some house keeping on my Mac and in iCloud.

I've been using Photos since it came out, and have all my photos stored in iCloud.

When checking my storage in iCloud I also have a large iPhoto file. Is this superfluous? I'm assuming that this has been superseded by Photos and I can just go ahead and delete this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
