Iphoto storage

Hi:
I want to store my photos on an external drive
-and-
have thumbnails on my computer that point me to the external photos.

Any thoughts?

You can do this: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=iPhoto/8.0/en/6331.html and then just have iPhoto point to the external and it will work just fine. Don't know of a way to have thumbnails on the internal that point to the external. You'd have to have the external mounted anyway, so why not just keep everything on the external?
