iPhoto to Aperture - delete old library?

Hi all, nearly a year ago I made the move from iphoto to Aperture after buying it from the 'new' App store. My issue is I cant recall how I moved my library, there were 2 ways?, I now want to ensure evrthing is within Aperture so that I can delete my old iPhoto library which is taking up lots of space - HELP!
