iPhoto to Aperture Transfer Help!

I recently bought Aperture 3. I'm using iPhoto '11. I want to transfer my Library, but Aperture is telling my that my iPhoto's library is below version 7.1.5 when it clearly is not. I am using apples prescribed method. (http://www.apple.com/aperture/iphoto-to-aperture/how.html) What am I doing wrong?
