I apparently sent some pics in my iPhoto library to the trash can a few days ago... While looking for them earlier today I found them in the trash can and clicked to restore them....

Now, the thumbs show up in my Library, but they will not display the full-size image  ... When I go to the folder a .jpeg icon shows up w/ no preview - but, of course, the working photos show up with the correct preview...

Any ideas how to get the pics back - just seems sort of odd that I can see them, but not open them...

You could try rebuilding the library - can't recall the key combination in iPhoto 6 but sure you'll find it on the Apple support site.

Alternatively, if you still can't get them, delete them in iPhoto, hunt around in the Finder for the originals and reimport them.

Does anybody know how to completely delete the photo in iPhoto? It only goes to the trash in the library but I want it to go into the trash on the dock. Is this possible?

----EDIT----

Nevermind I figured it out!
