Hi - maybe someone can help with this:

Every time I launch iPhoto (06) I get a popup message telling me:

"868 Photos have been found in the iPhoto Library folder that were not imported, would you like to import them now?"

These un-imported photos must be duplicates, as if I select not to do this, all the photos I expect to be in my library are there already. Can I delete these un-imported photos somehow and stop this popup?

Cheers, Dave

I would answer 'Yes' next time and import them again. You can delete them afterwards if they are duplicates, but it's not worth the risk of screwing up your iPhoto library if you try to get rid of them using a different method.

same problem...

hey, i have the same problem. thing is, when i hit 'yes' the program eventually crashes. i also believe these are duplicates, and just want to stop the pop up from coming up. any other ideas out there to help 'irbdavid' and I?
