iPhoto will not copy

Hi,

I did a fresh install of Leopard the other day as I needed to sort stuff out. After copying and backing up all of my apps, preferences, files and exporting iTunes, iPhoto libraries etc I cant copy iPhoto back onto my MBP. It crashes before it even opens. It is not in the bundled software on the OSX disk. I have iPhoto on my G4 but that is running Tiger. I have tried copying that over but that crashes too. Is there something in iPhoto that disables it so it cannot be copied and can only be installed or is it just bad luck?
