I have a question about the new iLife '04 that I have just started to play around with. I'm messing with iPhoto...and in the slideshow options i can.t pick the old fade in/fade out option for the pictures. they added all these new ones, but i don.t like those...is there a way to use the new iPhoto and have the fade in/fade out effect?

nah, the dissolve one is nice, but the one i.m talking about is where it would fade the image to black and then fade the other image back up...it was the only one available before...
