Yesterday I started up Lightroom to fix and print a photo, and discovered that my entire iPhoto collection (over 22,000) photos were in Lightroom. All of them across the bottom of the site. I have a lot of libraries to set up. Did I miss an update or is my computer haunted?

When I drag a photo into Lightroom from a folder, it creates a copy. When the upload window is up, you have the option to select the photos you want to import into LR3. idk how you got all of them there.
Check the LR3 folder outside of the module. Make sure there aren't any folders there.
