iPod + $15 iTunes Gift Card?

I remember hearing about this promotion last week...

...is it still going on?

When I go to the Apple Store website, I add the iPod to the cart and don't see anything that includes/involves the gift card.

Anyone know?

the promo is on the refurb ipod nanos. if you look at the refurb page, it'll show you which get the card
