ipod 2g themes without jailbreaking

hi guys,

is there anyway i coud change themes of my ipod touch 2 G without jailbreaking.

or change the name "ipod" at the upper left corner of my homescreen to something like "my ipod" without jailbreaking?

Nope. You can't change the theme unless you have to Jailbreak it...But I'm not 100% sure. Is there a reason why you're not jailbreakin?

thanks! i'd love to but i have been doing some reading and i think the jailbreak that is available for the 2nd gen touch is still not fully ok - i mean you need to your computer to boot up... am i right? or there is already a full version of the jailbreak? also Im a little scraed as i have nobody to help me do the jailbreak..hihi
