I have an iPod touch 4g with a broken home button. Tried to jailbreak with redsn0w today with the newest iOS version (6.1.3) with the iPod in a DFU loop. Supposedly, it's supported by redsn0w, but it didn't. I tried to restore it through iTunes, then redsn0w when the jailbreak didn't work due to missing plist or w/e, then finally iTunes again with iPod in Pwned DFU mode. The restore wouldn't go through, so I just disconnected the cable and now iPod won't turn on (black screen, etc.). Probably not the best set of steps on my part, but help? :D

Okayyy, that's what I saw on searches anyways. Problem is, how do I kick it into DFU mode when nothing recognizes it (iTunes, redsn0w)?

I tried looking up how to use tinyumbrella, and it appears the device has to be recognized by itunes and tinyumbrella. But my device can't be recognized, it seems completely unrecognizable, even by my computer.
