My granddaughter's ipod was working great up till about a week ago. Now, when we try to facetime her, we get the "xxxx is not available for Facetime" It's almost like it's been removed from her device. Any ideas? She lives 700 miles away, so I can't just fiddle with it here.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

Try to reboot or restore iPod I don't know, I never try FaceTime on my iPod yet so, I'm affair right now and gonna check that right away, cause I get this iPod a week less than a week ago

she has to be on wifi, if her ipod is not connected it wont work. also if she is signed in on a different apple account with a different email on her ipod it wont work. if these arent true do a restore.
