Sometimes my iPod Touch 4th generation camera will not open but instead pull up a black screen. Has this happened to anyone else?

just try a hard restart. that should clear it up. this has happened to meSometimes my iPod Touch 4th generation camera will not open but instead pull up a black screen. Has this happened to anyone else?
