hey all,

i just got my 5g black 60 and i have left the plastic covering on the ipod, but i wanted to know how to prevent scratches on the back untill i get a real case. does anyone have any suggestions?

Be gentle... only take it out of its little pouch when you have to control it. Buy an InvisibleSHIELD, because they are simply amazing.
 
With the back of an iPod, I say get used to it. I thought you were writing about about front scratches on the new ViPod. That would bother me more, after my experiences with the nano.
