I recently purchased an iPod 5th generation (60gb) and am currently having this problem. Whenever I am playing a widescreen mp4 (320x180) and turn the iPod off, upon resuming the iPod and going back to the movie (using the "Now Playing" menu), the movie loses its widescreen capability and is played in full screen mode. Yes, I have the widescreen option on. Is this some known bug or am I missing something?
