So I have an iPod 5th gen 2014 A1421 model and it recently cracked and the iPod became unresponsive. I wanted to replace both the LCD display and the digitizer however, the impact made a dent in the upper right hand corner next to the power button.

The dent it about 1 mm deep and I was curious on if a replacement LCD and digitizer could easily fit into it or not. If not, is there a way I could possibly bend it back to its original shape?

Thanks,
Musical

Ought to be able to bend metal back. Tricky part is the leverage, not making a new bend elsewhere. And you'd prob have to remove all insides to do it.

Possibly clamp it in a square corner and gently hammer it back to position with something rounded, like a pliers handle end or a punch turned backwards.
