iPod touch iPod 7th gen ios13 not available

Just purchased an iPod 7th gen for my son and it’s not showing that ios13 is available. It’s on 12.4.1 right now. I thought the iPod 7th gen was supposed to get ios13. Anyone else see this or able to download?

Likely will be out on 9/24 with 13.1.

Same here. Mine's 12.4.1 still. Funny how iOS 13 arrived to iPhone 6S earlier than their 2019 Touch model lol
