Hello,

I am getting a new 15gb iPod. I saw that it came with a firewire cable and an AC Adapter. I thought it was interesting that you charge it by pluging in the firewire cable to the ac adaper or your pc. I wanted to know if I got the USB 2.0 and firewire cable if I could hook the usb into my computer and the firewire into the ac adapter? So I could charge while syncing?

The iPod will charge while syncing if you connect it via firewire to your computer. No need to buy the USB2 cable.

Even if it didn't charge while syncing, syncing only takes a few seconds. That's not much charging time lost. I have a 10 GB iPod and I love it. Hopefully you will love yours too.

I already have usb 2.0 and i dont really want to get the firewire card. I would like to stick with usb 2.0.
