iPod App on iPhone4 Dead After iOS4.2.1 Update

OK, I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 4.2.1 today. The phone works fine, browses, and contacts are OK. But my iPod app simply shows the "No Content" page. My music and podcasts show up in iTunes, and I can play the content on my computer from within iTunes. I downloaded a couple of podcasts and a free tune and they show up in iTunes too. But the iPod app still tells me "No Content", so I can't play anything directly from the iPhone.

Can anybody shed some light on the problem, and how I might solve it?

Resolved?

I woke up this morning and everything was working normally. Go figure.
