iPod iPod armbands

One of my main uses for my iPod is to make my indoor cycling a lot less tedious. What I really need is an armband for my new iPod with video. Now I can understand why Apple don't make these for the new iPod as it's a hard drive machine and most people will be buying an armband for running not cycling which could damage the iPod. Does any one know if the new iPod would fit into an old Apple Ipod mini armband ??? Or does the fit have to be exact.

The ipod video will not fit into the apple mini armband.
The only armband for the video I have seen is by speck.

That's the type of thing I'm after. It's just a shame Apple doesn't do one for us non-runners as their design is so much better than everybody else.
