Ok, So I have had a 5G iPod since it came out, I recived it as a gift for christmas the season it came out. (That Xmas) I have put the iPod through hell and back, taking it hiking, biking, on road trips, in my pocket at school. And with all the times I have had to recharge it, the battery has become warn down.

Now, everytime I plug it into the firewire it charges for it's well time, until the display on the iPod reads "charged". Then the battery lasts a Maximum of one hour. Is there anywere I can send the iPod to get a new battery installed, or can I purchase a new battery and have someone install it, or install it myself?

And of course my last option by a new iPod. Advice is much appreciated.
