Ipod Battery Help

Hi

I have an Apple Ipod 3rd Gen. and for whatever reason the battery is really bad. It had a full charge right before I transferred 2GB of music to it and now it is on its last bar on the battery indicator.

Is there a way to get a new battery for it, and if so where would be the best (cheapest) place to get one?

Might want to troubleshoot a bit to see if it's the battery giving you the problem and not just the charge meter. Run a full discharge/charge cycle and see how it behaves then. Don't just jump to getting a new batter until you're sure that'll solve the problem.
