Hey.

What can I expect realistically for battery life on my new IPod Photo - 30GB.

Apple site says 15hrs, but I likely get about 6. I dont view photos and stuff. Just listen to music (fairly loud though).

Is this normal, or are there battery saving settings that shut off the display while it is playing??

Thanks!

to get the most battery life, have the backlight turn off after a few seconds and keep the EQ off

You should be getting way more than that.

Restore using the iPod updater, reload your music, run the battery all the way down once, and then recharge full with your AC charger.
