iPod iPod: Bitrate and battery

Hey!

i'm using my iPod mostly with songs in 320kbps AAC. I know that the battery uncharges faster with higher bitrates. But I wonder how much? Do we talk about hours or just a couple of minutes?

I've got a third generation 40gb iPod... With 160kbps AAC, the battery should last for 8 hours. How long will it last with 320kbps?

Someone who knows?
